Historically, “yakiniku cuisine” developed as a food culture on the Korean Peninsula. It was introduced to Japan,and fused with Wagyu beef,the world’s finest ingredient that Japan is proud of, to create Japanese-style yakiniku cuisine.

THE BWB purchases entire cows directly from Full Blood Wagyu producers whose beef has been recognized as the highest quality by a strict Japanese judging committee. The meat is then imported directly from Japan to the Philippines and served to you. The yakiniku sauce is also developed and produced by a master craftsman with many years of experience in Japanese yakiniku restaurant. Our buyers based in Japan negotiate directly with producers and procure a variety of ingredients from all over Japan to serve to you.

Our staff will grill your yakiniku right at your table. We will also introduce you to a selection of carefully selected sake and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as seasonal recommendations.
